KIRTAN KRIYA: A MEDITATION FOR THE NERVOUS SYSTEM AND THE HEALTH OF THE MIND






From my heart to the world, in these difficult times. I share my own experience: This Kriya cured me from depression when I was young. It helps in recovering from depression, early dementia, mental confusion, lack of purpose, anxiety, panic attacks, stress, worry, fear, mood swings. It restores and enhances our clarity, intuition, purpose, happiness, wisdom, intelligence, patience, perception, calmness, and strengthens our magnetic field to protect us. The way this Kriya shapes consciousness and the refinement of sensations and perceptions it produces is considered an art. Its benefits and results have been scientifically proven. Challenge yourself by doing this practice for 40/90/120 days and experience its radiance and power of attraction.

INSTRUCTION: Sit comfortably.

Spine straight, chin slightly inward, chest open. Focus on the third eye.

Follow the mantra while pressing your thumb on each finger creating mudras:

Sa: Thumb and index finger.

Ta: thumb and middle finger.

Na: Thumb and ring finger.

Ma: Thumb and little finger.


Singing for 2 minutes

Whispering for 2 minutes

In silence, mentally visualize the words Sa, Ta, Na, Ma for 4 minutes

Whispering for 2 minutes

Chanting for 2 minutes
