MEDITATION FOR STRESS RELIEF AND CLEARING THE EMOTIONS OF THE PAST

A powerful tool for releasing our mind and feelings from old difficult situations that insist on remaining present.

Time: It is suggested to start with 3 minutes and extend up to 11 minutes.
Posture: Sit in an easy pose with your spine straight. Place your hands in the center of your chest, palms apart, fingertips touching. Fingertips should be pointing upwards.
Eyes: Look at the tip of the nose.
Breathing: Breathe in for 5 seconds, hold the air in for 5 seconds, and breathe out for 5 seconds. The goal is 4 breaths per minute.
