MEDITATION WHEN YOU DON´T KNOW WHAT TO DO

How many times does it happen to us that our minds are scattered, restless, full of negative and confused worries?

Many of us use that time to keep on cultivating discomfort as a dead end labyrinth. That's why I propose this meditation to use your time and space consciously.

When you don't know what to do with what bothers you, you’ve got to use your wisdom. Make the decision to implement meditation.

Appease your mind.

Silence your body.

Listen to your emotions.

Let your senses be recipients of the wonderful natural life which surrounds us. Encourage yourself to take in this perfume called breathing.

Feeling yourself.

It's the highest way to love yourself.

Sat nam!

Meditation for when you don't know what to do:

Position: Sit in an upright position, with a straight spine. Relax your arms next to your body. Bend your elbows and raise your hands up and in until they are at chest level. The fingers of each hand are extended and joined in a relaxed way. Cross your hands with both palms facing your chest. One palm rests on the other and the thumbs are crossed. The fingers point upwards at a comfortable angle. With your eyes closed, focus on the third eye and then bring the focus of the eyes to the tip of the nose.

Breath: Inhale through the nose, then exhale through the nose. Now, inhale through your mouth, and exhale through your mouth. Then inhale through the nose, and exhale through the mouth. Finally, inhale through the mouth, and exhale through the nose. Continue this sequence. All breaths should be deep, complete and powerful. When breathing through the mouth, purse the lips almost as if to whistle.

Time: Start practicing this kriya for 11 minutes and then increase your practice gradually by up to half an hour.
