WHAT IS SEVA?

SEVA is an act of serving the other, for the common good, with no expectation of recognition or return of any nature.

By serving we put compassion, devotion and surrender to the unknown into practice, seeking the welfare of all living beings.

SEVA contributes greatly to our spiritual maturity.

Seva is a spiritual practice of getting out of one’s way to be able to help someone else, or help a situation, without desire for reward. So, selfless service, meaning giving one’s energy, self, time, resources, to help a project, to serve somebody in some way.
